Email Authentication (SPF / DKIM / DMARC / CAA)
Check if your domain publishes basic email security records.
The tool looks up SPF (TXT), DMARC (_dmarc TXT) and CAA records. It shows whether they exist and provides a summary of key tags.
Why it matters
- SPF helps receivers know which IPs may send mail for your domain
- DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is important because it proves that an email was genuinely sent by your domain and that its content was not altered in transit.
- DMARC adds policy and reporting on top of SPF/DKIM
- CAA restricts which CAs may issue certificates for your domain
